Pilates classes are available in both Rowville and Kallista.

Pilates is a non-impact class using Pilates mat work, yoga stretching, and fitball. Pilates teaches strength and mobility for spine and core muscles. It is fantastic for promoting good posture, body awareness and the importance of combining breath and movement.

Learn how to use your abdominals correctly for core strength, working on improving mobility through the shoulder and pelvic girdle.  Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, please note that this is a general fitness class not suitable for specific rehabilitation purposes.

You’ll leave each class feeling a little taller, a little more relaxed and a little stronger – every time.

This class comprises approximately 60% Pilates mat work and approximately 40% Pilates movements on the fitball for added strength and balance challenges.

All classes require advance bookings and due to their popularity both the Monday evening and Wednesday morning sessions are only available as term programs.  Class cost is $15 pro rata, with most terms being 10 weeks.  See term dates below.  Casuals are welcome to the Wednesday evening class at a cost of $20.
