I’ve worked as a career trainer for over 20 years and seen huge changes in the health and fitness space. I don’t blame anyone for being confused about the best way to get fit or to lose weight - there’s just too much information out there!

The first thing I teach my clients is that 99% of the information on the internet is designed to make someone else money off your pain and your need. I’ll teach you how to cut through the nonsense and take back control over your own health. Keeping it simple and sustainable.

My goal is to help my clients NOT need me. They want to train with me, but they don’t NEED to. Because I give them the tools they need to manage their health, their fat loss, their mindset, for themselves. And I can help you too.

A solid understanding of current nutrition research, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics is key in programming movement and providing accurate fitness advice, and this experience and knowledge is the foundation of my business. I love corrective exercise in particular, and have helped hundreds of clients feel their best after sometimes years of pain.

I always ask for commitment and consistency from my clients in reaching their goals – and in return I also promise consistency and commitment as a trainer. Building relationships is the bedrock of my business - it helps me understand where you’re coming from and what you need.

Many of my clients have been with me for more than 10 years, and I love that history and how it has built an inclusive, supportive and positive culture where everyone is welcoming and supportive.

With me, you get the benefit of decades of knowledge – there’s very little I haven’t seen in my time in the industry and little I haven’t done.  I find it hugely fulfilling to share that knowledge with my clients.

These days I specialise in mainly women’s health and fitness as well as offering corrective exercise for injuries.  I offer small group training sessions as well as limited personal training sessions. Because we’re all about the science, we welcome fully vaccinated clients.

  • Cert 4 & Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation & Corrective Exercise (2013)

  • Certifications in Core, Swiss Ball Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor programming, Pilates and Pregnancy, Older Adults and other certifications too numerous to list.

  • Current Australian Record Holder for Powerlifting Australia 84+ Bench Press and Deadlift

  • Current Victorian State Record Holder for Australian Powerlifting Union 84+ Bench Press
