Lisa takes you through structured workouts that change every fortnight.  Using a variety of resistance training tools and strength methods you’ll get stronger, improve core and balance, and burn a ton of calories. Exercise modifications are always provided where necessary, and personalised coaching keeps you accountable and primed for success.

Indoor / Outdoor Training

For Total Body Fit classes we open up the studio doors and make use of all the available space. Diverse workouts keep you interested and challenged, as do working with a variety of bodyweight, machine, free weights and other equipment, both in and outside.

Fun & Supportive

Always great fun, you’ll see results quickly in this motivating and supportive environment.  This class is open to all ages and all levels of fitness. Beginners are welcome. To ensure small classes and quality instruction, these classes are only available as term bookings. Max 8 participants. Class numbers and distancing rules are strictly in line with covid safe regulations.
